Ebooks Terms and Conditions – RANA BOOKS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all digital products and services provided by RANA BOOKS, including but not limited to ebooks, digital files, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, downloading or using any content from RANA BOOKS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means RANA BOOKS.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” means any person accessing or using our Services, including authors and buyers.
  • “Digital Content” means ebooks and any other digital materials supplied by RANA BOOKS.
  • “Author” means any person or entity that publishes or distributes content through RANA BOOKS.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices for Digital Content and Services are set solely at the discretion of RANA BOOKS and may be changed, updated, or corrected at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be received in full and successfully processed before access to any Digital Content is granted.
  • No refunds are provided for any Digital Content purchased directly from RANA BOOKS under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incompatibility of device, or non-usage.
  • When you purchase through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Books, Apple Books, Amazon Kindle), their pricing, tax, and refund policies will apply in addition to these Terms. RANA BOOKS is not responsible for any decisions made by third-party platforms.

3. License, Usage & Restrictions

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Digital Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not resell, rent, lease, lend, share, upload, publicly display, or distribute any Digital Content, in whole or in part, in any format, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  • You must not attempt to remove, bypass, or tamper with any technical protection, watermarking, or digital rights management (DRM) applied to the Digital Content.
  • Any copying, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized reproduction of the Digital Content is strictly prohibited.
  • If you access our books via Google Play Books, Apple Books, Amazon, or any other partner, you must also comply with the respective platform’s Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

4. Author Agreements & Distribution

  • Authors who publish with RANA BOOKS agree to abide by our publishing, distribution, and pricing policies as updated from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • RANA BOOKS may adjust or increase the listed price of any title, including applying up to or more than a 10% increase or similar margin to cover platform fees, taxes, currency fluctuations, and administrative costs. Such changes may be implemented without prior notice to the Author, provided the Author’s agreed royalty share is not reduced.
